As an assurance of fine quality & craftsmanship of this product, we are happy to offer you a limited warranty against defects in the workmanship or materials. (Other than cover or handles if featured on the product)
This certificate of warranty is applicable only to you as the original purchaser and valid anywhere in the Middle East. Proper maintenance and regular care of your mattress / foundation will ensure life and durability.
This warranty becomes operational only after you register your name with the company by sending the enclosed reply card duly filled in all respects. Please retain this warranty booklet & proof ofpurchase with date, price & place ofpurchase to obtain service under this warranty. During the period of warranty, if service resulting from any defect is required, your Serta mattress/foundation will be repaired/replaced at the manufacturer’s option without charge.
This limited warranty is covered for the following Serta Mattress/foundation as per details given below:
Condition of Warranty:
This limited warranty shall NOT apply to normal wear and tear and/or the following circumstances:
- 1. If the bedding is found to be unsanitary.
- 2. When product failure is due to any cause other than defective material or workmanship.
- 3. Any queen size mattress and/or foundation that are used on the frame or bed rails without a center support rail.
- 4. Any damage to the outer fabric ofthe cover, including wear and tear.
- 5. If the product is used for commercial purpose.
- 6. If the purchaser does not present proof of purchase.
- 7. Handles are not covered by the warranty. Please use handles only to position the mattress and not to turn it.
- 8. If the mattress id damaged because of an inappropriate foundation
This mattress is designed for optimum performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of total sleep system.
Note: All mattresses will show body impression as the upholstery settles. This is not a structural defect and is not covered by the warranty. The upholstery is intended to provide cushioning and body comfort.
All implied warranty on this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, shall not exceed in duration the term of this warranty.
The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies provided under any warranty for this product, express or implied. The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising out of the use of this product, and in no event shall its liability exceed the purchase price of this product.
